I however LOVE paccheri and yours look delicious (but I do need my salt fix). Roman is too cute.Nuts about foodhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11081157237653314887noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4581817401991279642.post-15325080924989177042011-03-03T08:15:31.136-05:002011-03-03T08:15:31.136-05:00HI Amelia,

First of all... what an adorable face Roma...Nicole:
First of all... what an adorable face Roman has eating those broccoli!!! My kids are just a bit older than him and they still love broccoli (steamed, then just seasoned with satl, olive oil and lemon).
I am so jealous that you have access to "paccheri"...my ULTIMATE favorite pasta. The way I love them is with "sugo di pescatrice" (monkfish ragout with tomato sauce, chili pepper, white wine and parsley...awwww). I wish I could find them here. But I think they are not yet well known and/or too bulky to ship.
Broccoli and salsiccia are like bread and butter: a perfect match. I like mine with "cervellatina" sausage (a very thin one): try it next time you are at the market.Amelia PShttps://www.blogger.com/profile/10369970502817292944noreply@blogger.com
